1. How does your
membership work?
We have access to more than 5,000 quality resorts worldwide.
You can use the Internet to book your travel or if you prefer simply
call our Toll Free Number to speak with one of our Professional Travel
Representatives.
2. Are
there any restrictions on when we can travel?
NO. The GREAT thing
about this membership is that YOU have NO Blackout Dates, NO
Maintenance Fees, No Timeshare Owner Yearly Taxes to Pay.
You can travel ANY week of the year or EVERY WEEK of the year if
you so choose... based on Availability.

Are there any requirements or restrictions to becoming a Member?
No. You should have a desire to stay at some of the World's
Finest Resorts located in over 100 Countries. Everyone is
welcome to join.
4. How far in advance do I need to make
my reservations?
You can book with as little as 48 hours before your arrival.
You can also book months in advance if you prefer. It is
totally up to you and your travel needs. By using our
Membership Website you will be able to see in real time what
properties are available. Reserve the resort on-line or call
the toll free number and book immediately.
5. How long will it take to receive
confirmation?
You will be notified within 72 hours via email. A hard copy of
your accommodation request confirmation usually takes 10 to 14 days
to arrive through the conventional postal service. If you have not
received your written confirmation within this time, please contact
us.
6. Can we change our check in day once
we are confirmed?
Unfortunately, NO. All bookings once confirmed
can not be changed.
7. What if I want to request a
destination that is not on your website?
Give us a call at our Toll Free Number and we will
work with you finding the location you desire. We have 1,000s
of properties that we can not put on-line due to agreements that we
have established with these providers.
8. How can I be sure that participating
resorts are of high standards?
To be eligible, resorts must meet the high standards
that we set for resorts offered to Members.
All of our resorts are
listed with the two largest Timeshare Exchange companies and are 3,
4, and 5 Star Resorts.
9. What if I don't want to use your
Website to book my Vacations?
Members are welcome to contact our customer service
department directly by telephone via our toll free number.
There is NO Charge for this VIP Service. Other
companies charge $149.00 a year to get VIP Treatment. We
believe EVERYONE should be treated like a VIP.
10. How long will it
be before I can use my Membership?
Your Membership will be active immediately upon receipt of cleared
funds, and you can begin enjoying your membership and booking
travel. You will receive an E-mail Confirmation that will
include your Membership Number and Password. Normally take 24
- 72 hours to activate your membership.
11. Do resorts have specific check in
days?
Yes. Every resort sets its own check in/check
out days and check in/check out times. The most common is
Saturday or Sunday, with an afternoon check in and morning check
out. Please review details of property for exact information
on that property.
12. How long is my reservation for?
Unless other arrangements have been made, all
accommodations are for 8 Days and 7 nights.
Members wishing to arrange for additional nights should contact the
resort directly.
13. What if we are going to arrive late
at the Resort?
When you receive your travel confirmation you will
receive the telephone number for the resort. Simply call ahead
to the resort and let them know you will be checking in late.
14. What if I lose my
confirmation?
You should place your confirmation in a SAFE place with your other
important travel documents. However, if you are scheduled to
arrive within seven days, we can FAX or E-mail you with another
copy.
15. Is there a limit to the number of
people who can use one accommodation?
The only limit is based on the size of the
accommodations. Most one bedroom accommodations will sleep 4
people; most two bedroom will sleep 6 people. Again, just check
the details of the resort and room size before booking.
16. Should I expect any other additional
charges after I arrive at the Resort?
No. However, your reservation does not include
transportation to and from the resort, room key deposits, or
personal charges such as meals, telephone calls, etc. These are your
responsibility. Some resorts will require that you put a
deposit on your credit card to make sure no damage is done to the
property. Again, just check the details of the resort before
booking.
17. Can we transfer our
entire Membership to a friend or family Member?
Yes. You can transfer your Membership at
any time. There is a $97 administration fee for all transfers.
18. What kind of savings
can I get on Resort Condos?
This is the MAIN Membership benefit of your "Vacation
Club Membership". You can save up to 80% off the original Rack
Rate. We also have Hot Weeks for as low as
$100.00. When comparing with other online booking engines you
will notice savings in the $100s of dollars and even sometimes more
than $1,000 in savings. The more you use your membership the
MORE you save.
19. How many vacations
can I book with my membership?
You can go on as many vacations as you would like with your
membership! You are not limited to a certain number of
vacations a year like some other companies. You chose
how many vacations you would like to take!
20. Can I put a
membership in a Company Name?
No. All memberships are for personal use.
You may not have a membership in names of Churches, Businesses,
Companies or any type of Organization.
21. Does the price
of the Resort Condo include Airfare?
No. Airfare is not included with our Resort
Condo Rentals. However, you can book Airfare, Car Rentals, and
Hotels on our website or by calling our Toll Free Number.
22. Will I
need to go through a Timeshare Presentation?
No. No Timeshare
Presentation is required. HOWEVER, we recommend that you
take the Timeshare Presentation if it is offered to you.
YOU will be able to learn what the RETAIL cost to OWN one week
at this Resort. This will make for a GREAT TESTIMONIAL
showing how much you saved by being one of our Vacation Club Member".
Many Timeshares will sell for $15,000 - $150,000 for just ONE
WEEK. Just keep in mind... DON'T
PURCHASE...
23. Do you have a Guarantee?
YES we do.
We
PROMISE to save you at least
TEN TIMES your Activation Fee over the period of the next 5 years.
If you will simple use your membership just once each year and you
do not see a savings of at least TEN TIMES the cost of your Activate
Fee (compared to Expedia.com),
we will issue you a Complete REFUND.
24. How does the inventory
work?
When you go to our main
fulfillment website you will be able to see our Resorts Inventory.
It is CONSTANTLY changing. You might do a search on Florida
today and only get a few listings. You check again tomorrow
and you might have 100s of properties just in the Orlando area.
Therefore, please keep in mind that the inventory changes on a daily
basis... based on current availability. Resorts will be added and
resorts will be taken away based on bookings. However, we are
confident that you can find a wonderful resort at a GREAT PRICE.
25. Are there any other
fees that we should expect to pay?
In an effort to keep the lowest
prices with our RESORTS Vendors (which will save YOU an additional
$100 LESS per condo week) we have agree to allow them to charge a $25
service fee to cover their costs such as Credit Card Fees.
